Select a state or federal law, preferably one that has been in the news, or one in which you have a particular interest. Where would you go to find out where the law started? Where it was challenged? Where it has been studied by scholars? Where is it codified so that organizations can use it as guidance? Where has it been editorialized or otherwise reported in the news media? You should be able to find a source document in at least three of these five categories.
