They concentrate on assisting on a global scale and have leadership priorities that guides them where to focus on their work. Such as Universal Health coverage - giving financial protection to prevent illnesses that would lead them to poverty. For cancer and other non-communicable diseases (NCD)-the Who recognizes that, the lifestyle and the living conditions are a huge contributor to a person's quality of life. They are trying to decrease the mortality rate with medical technologies, medication, education and solutions of rehabilitations; primarily those who are yet to have been diagnosed, but smoke & drink that could lead into these types of diseases.
