Genes can be affected by conditions surrounding them. Often the response to these conditions takes time. In this week's discussion, talk about the following:
- Search the literature and/or WEB sites to find an example of evolutionary change in an animal, insect or plant.
- Discuss what the change was and what was accomplished by the change.
- Include in your discussion the length of time it took for the change to come into recognition.
