Schedule of Non-discretionary Data: and tables, in a form that is readable and readily understood.

 This worksheet is to be used to identify/capture the various non-discretionary data variables required for the model.  As the assignment specifications do not allow data input directly into any of the supporting schedules, you are required to link all references todata (other than the discretionary data schedule) to this worksheet. And in order to prevent inappropriate data being entered into the cells used for non-discretionary the cells in this worksheet must be locked by applying cell protection.  The purpose of this schedule is to provide a single place of entry for non-discretionary data to facilitate changes that the model designer may wish to make from time to time, whilst preventing the user from entering or changing either the data item or its value.

Revenue Forecast: that identifies the annual revenue associated with the project during the period of forcast investment.  This schedule will also indicate annual revenue from other sources. Details are provided in the Case Data and Details below.

A Repairs and Maintenance Schedule: (in one report), in respect to operating plant and equipment.  This schedule should detail the annual repairs and maintenance costs of each major class of assets. The Repairs and Maintenance schedule is to be in a table formatshowing the various amounts for each year of the project adjacent to each other. Details are provided in the Case Data and Details below.

A Replacements Schedule: (in one report), in respect to operating plant and equipment.  This schedule should detail the annual Replacement costs of each major class of assets.  The Repairs, Maintenance & Replacement schedule is to be in a table format showing the various amounts for each year of the project adjacent to each other. Details are provided in the Case Data and Details below.

7. Depreciation Schedule (in one report) ,for plant and equipment required for operating the complex, detailing the annual depreciation and written down book value of each major class of assets and written down book value of all depreciable assets.  The depreciation schedule is to be in a table format showing the various amounts for each year of the project adjacent to each other. Details are provided in the Case Data and Details below.

8. A Detailed Loan Amortisation Schedule:(in one report). The loan amortisation schedule of borrowings should show a summary (at the top of the report) of the amount borrowed, the annual and periodic interest rate, the term of the loan in years, the annual repayment, followed by details for each year, of yearly payment, yearly interest expense, yearly principal repaid, balance of principal outstanding at the end of each year, and a grand total for the term of the project.  Appropriate headings are required. Details are provided in the Case Data and Details below.
