John worked for ABC Car Sales as a salesman. Salesmen may not make any deal without prior approval of the sales manager. John told Harry if he brought a car he would give John a rebate of $1,000. Karen the owner of ABC Car sales reprimanded John for this unauthorized deal and explained to him in deatil what the policy is.
