Sales Forecast (best and worst case scenario for Years 5-8)
Put together your sales forecast for Years 5-8. Show your projected sales for all your products(daze,dell,Dixie,dot,dune,dope) in each of the markets. You should also project 2 other variables that you are tracking that affect the performance of your sales, like promotions. This way I can see what you are projecting and why. You can show this on a spreadsheet and then explain why you think your sales will be what you project. You should also explain your forecasting strategy, what can go wrong to affect your forecast, what you will do if you miss your projections and how this affects your strategies and plan. Show your best and worst case scenario for each year.
