As the Director of Safety and Health you have two safety managers that report to you. These safety managers are located at the two manufacturing locations.
Writing Assignment:
As the Director of Safety and Health, you are to draft a plan to be carried out by your safety managers and upper management at the California location and the Georgia location should a compliance officer visit to conduct an inspection.
Your plan or program should discern employer rights and responsibilities and should also specify procedures to prepare safety managers and management for inspections, what to do when the compliance officer arrives, procedures to carry out during an inspection and program assessment, guidance for the closing conference and how each should respond to notice of citations and penalties.
The paper should be submitted in APA format and should include appropriate citations and references. Double spaced no more than 3 pages.
