Sabrina is the virtual team leader of a group that will be creating new sign designs for a retail customer. The team members are distributed in four different locations across the United States. Two of the team members are from the same technical area where the signs are actually printed. The remaining members are from the graphic arts group.

Sabrina schedules the first meeting to take place at the headquarters. Many of the members are unable to attend the meeting in person because of travel constraints. Despite being aware of this, Sabrina fails to reschedule or use other methods for the meeting. During the meeting, key assignments are made to the members not present at the meeting. Consequently, several deliverables are not completed. Sabrina is not familiar with graphic design and mandates deadlines that some feel are unrealistic.
