Rtm 468 budget project - b the purpose of budget assignment

BUDGET PROJECT - B

The purpose of this budget assignment is to provide each student an opportunity to understand and manage a budget for a commercial outdoor adventure travel company. This business runs some of its own trips as well as contracts with local businesses to run trips. For the contracted trips, only revenues are included in the budget as the business pays all expenses (see revenue line items below). There are additional expenditures for the company listed as well. List all revenues and expenditures for the company in the object classification budget (see excel attachment).

You are also to develop a line item budget for 3 programs (Joshua Tree Yoga Retreat, Anza Borrego Caving, & Scammon's Lagoon Whale Watching). You should provide detailed expenditures, revenues, and a summary of these items  on the worksheets provided in the  attached  excel  file. You will then transfer the revenues and expenditures to the Object Classification Budget. All of this will be done in the same file. This is an individual assignment and not intended to be a group project.
