In this SAS Curriculum Pathways Web Inquiry you will be provided links to primary sources that you will examine to help you answer the focus question: What factors contributed to Timbuktu's reputation as a legendary city?
Follow this link to Web Inquiry 180. If prompted, enter melody9off in the Student User Name then click "log in" to begin. (quick launch #180).
Copy and save the Respond sheet to your computer or recreate the graphic organizer using tables, text boxes, or similar methods. On a new page in the same document, write your paragraph answering the focus question.
Remember, your answers should always be in complete sentences. Two or three sentences does not count as an acceptable paragraph. In your paragraph you should have a clear topic sentence and should give specific details from your research to prove your point.
