We will be focusing on the organizational roles and responsibilities of the HR department. What is the role of HR in your organization? What should it be? What is it actually doing? Why? What should change? How critical is HR to the success of a company? Refer to your own experiences with your current or previous employers, and explain what kind of help, support, and leadership was provided - or not provided - by the HR department. Was it what you expected? Would you have handled your experience differently if you had the power and authority? If so, explain how.
