Based on the results of the analyses in Section 1 and the fieldtrip, to provide a critical appraisal challenging two established business management theories addressing the key identified issues. This section should take an analytical perspective, challenging established theories based on the knowledge gathered so far. The essay should identify theories and analyse them using academic support and evidence. It is not an opinion piece and as such should be underpinned by necessary examples, data and discussions from relevant academic/industry sources. It should also identify the rationale for the theories chosen and implications of the;identified issue; on the organisation.

A draft should be submitted for discussions in seminar Based on the analyses of Sections 1 and 2, to create sound alternative business and operational strategies addressing the chosen contemporary issues identified in 1D (LOs 4, 5, 7 and 8).
The report should commence with a brief discussion of the concept and role of strategies for organisations. It should then provide useful alternative strategies. The strategies should be clearly identified, with rational given for the choice and inform on the practical as well as theoretical implications of implementing the proposed solutions. It should take the form of an academic report that is informed and underpinned by reliable evidence.
