The metal has a strength coefficient of 40,000 lb/in2 and a strain hardening exponent of 0.20. Coefficient of friction at the work-die interface = 0.1. Determine

(a) area reduction,

(b) draw force for the operation, and

(c) horsepower to perform the operation if the exit velocity of the stock = 2 ft/sec.
