Upon reviewing the pain assessment form in MHARS, we realized we don't have access to the Nursing pre-pain and post-pain assessment documentation.
The only assessment we currently have is the Episodic pain assessment, and we also have PRN effectiveness in BCMA.
Please let me know whether we should use the pre- and post-nursing documentation in MHARS or continue with our current approach.
Secondly, should we proceed with the pre- and post-nursing assessments, and who is responsible for granting CPC access? Need Assignment Help?
Third but not least, during the session, we noticed we needed to articulate clearly how to navigate the following forms :
Discharge Summary
Transfer Forms
Pain assessment.
I will schedule a meeting with the Nurse educators to write step-by-step instructions for navigating all the forms.
This will serve as a reminder and a teaching tool.
