Problem:
Bud reviewed the communication plan and sent you an e-mail expressing his concerns. He does not feel that he needs to be involved in so many review and approval meetings. He knows that his involvement is really just a courtesy because he is sure none of the processes and procedures used in Little Rock will be good enough for corporate. He does not really have the time to do all these meetings, and he is not sure his people will have the time required to be involved in the project.
