Review the vision, mission, and philosophy statements of a health care organization. This can be the organization where you currently participate in clinical practice or another organization found through an internet search. Interview an employee who holds a key nursing leadership position at the identified organization about how the vision, mission, or philosophy of the organization guides day-to-day patient care.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
