*Build your Program Design section-keep in mind the 3 phases example in the textbook (Phase 1-Pre-training-prepare, motivate, energize; Phase 2-Learning event-instruction, lessons, environment, transfer of training/learning; *Phase 3-Post-training-learners apply what they learned).
