Review Standard 10 of the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders 2015.

Write a paper (1,250 to 1,500 words) in which you address the synthesis of school district data as a means for planning school improvement. Include the following in your paper:

1. A discussion of the differences in the use of demographic, student learning, perception, and school process data by the governing board, school system leaders, school site leaders, and instructional staff to determine school improvement needs and opportunities.
2. A discussion of the manner in which demographic, student learning, perception, and school process data is used collaboratively by the governing board, school system leaders, school site leaders, and instructional staff in prioritizing school improvement needs and opportunities.
3. A discussion of how the prioritized needs and opportunities could be communicated to stakeholders including the governing board, staff, and community at large.
