Assignment:
Review the mandatory arbitration agreement to which all customers of AT&T agree, found at Section 1.3 of the attached Terms of Service contract. Make a memorandum addressed to me in which you perform the following tasks:
A. Identify five stakeholder groups of AT&T impacted by the arbitration agreement and explain what you think each group's top ethical value and economic priority;
B. Explain whether the arbitration agreement meets the needs of each stakeholder group without breaching the stakeholders' value and economic priorities; and
C. Recommend at least three changes to the arbitration agreement that would benefit the stakeholder groups overall.
