Question: The Chronicles of a Leader journal is an activity in which your leadership experiences are utilized to promote self-reflection, analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), and track your leadership progress.
The journal will also supplement your understanding of leadership theory and application in public health.
Journal Entry 4: Review the journal entries that you have completed throughout the course and reflect on your personal growth. In addition, articulate at least one (1) issue that remains a work in progress for you, and outline a plan that you could implement to encourage continued growth in the identified area.
