Assignment: Giving Feedback
In this module, you reviewed the impact of feedback with respect to development for leaders and their followers. How feedback is delivered can have a large impact on its effectiveness.
Use resources from professional literature in your research. Professional literature may include the online library resources, relevant textbooks, peer-reviewed journal articles, and websites created by professional organizations, agencies, or institutions (.edu, .org, or .gov).
Tasks:
On the basis of your research and experience, in a minimum of 400 words, respond to the following points:
•Utilize the online library resources to find two or three articles that address the impact of quality feedback for leaders and their followers.
•List four or more important lessons from these articles that you would like to implement.
•List the potential challenges that prevent quality feedback from being utilized by leaders.
•Relate your discussion post to your professional or personal experience, as applicable.
