Assignment:
• Find a recent (less than six months old) article in a local newspaper about a project taking place in the (GTA) Greater Toronto Area.
• Read the article carefully and do some research into the subject project using other sources of information.
• Consider the project status (the article was written for a reason!) and write an analysis of the project using the project management concepts. Your paper should include ( a BRIEF summary of the project and its status and your rationale) explaining what went wrong, or what went right! Your rationale or explanation must be based upon the project management concepts, i.e. the project failed due to poor scope control. Your explanation must be supported by the facts uncovered in your research.
