You are the project manager for a project to demolish an existing library in your town and construct a new library in its place. If the project is not complete in 6 months from today, you will not receive the government funding for the project. Yesterday, your boss came to you and said that you must eliminate 3 of the 12 people on your project team due to cost constraints. Given this new information, provide an analysis of how you would plan to accomplish the completion of the project in the allotted time. Include in your analysis, the job titles of the 3 people you would eliminate from the team and how / where you would allocate those resources.
