Write one essay in two subtitled sections regarding (500) Days of Summer. In the first section you will discuss how Tom perceives Summer. In the second section you will discuss how Summer perceives Tom.

In other words, how does the film's images, both technologically and culturally, prove your points in both sections?
I am aware that due to the fact that Tom is the protagonist, you will have more clear evidence to support your argument regarding Tom's point of view rather than Summer. However, I still think there are enough details from the material in the film that involves Summer to make an argument for how Summer perceives Tom, in a completely different way from how Tom perceives Summer, in the same relationship.
