The article mentions NOAA's role as, "While NOAA Fisheries works to achieve conservation benefits, we also work to ensure the competitiveness of U.S. seafood in the global marketplace" (2019, NOAA Fisheries). The article continues to talk about the ways NOAA tries to limit the illegal practices of fishing in the seas.
C) The army aviation branch has so many parts to it, and it can be very daunting to look at. This article written by BogiDope, breaks down each part in detail. The author also gives a vibrant, positive insight and negative insight to each branch to help compare them. Overall this article provides helpful information that describes and demonstrates how diverse the aviation branch is. Along with providing plenty of information to back up the claims. The author also continued to be very understandable with his information. The author broke down acronyms and even provided plenty of examples of training and standards and expectations that are withheld within the field of aviation.

H) The author of this article did well in presenting the data of the article and making it an interesting read. The article presents that data in a short and sweet way without adding unnecessary details and filler. Along with that the article has reliable sources and quotes from professionals in the field and on the specific topic of the H5N1 virus spreading. "A recent pap.er Uhart co-authored showed a large outbreak killed 70% of elephant seal pups born in the 2023 breeding season. Mortality rates reached at least 96% by early November 2023 in the surveyed areas of Península Valdés in Argentina." (University of California - Davis Para 9).
I) Guilherme Oyarzabal and Murilo Guimaraes wrote an article on the effects of grassland and management on global patterns of spider diversity. There are 48,000 described species in 128 families of spiders. Spiders are all unique in their own way, from hunting strategies, web weavers, functional guild, and life histories. They were able to analyze the varied species and see which one would be most affected by the grazing. They were able to conduct and analyze how low to moderate grazing patterns may support higher spider classification and guide diversity (Oyarzabal and Guimaraes 2021). When conducting my own research, considering the natural variability of traits and habits within the spider will be most productive.

The first major point talks about a piece of Texas legislature that did not pass, this bill would've raised the salary. The article then moves to overall salary of teachers in Texas. Regarding pay in different cities, and pay based on different curriculum taught. Further elaborating on how certain areas may be in demand and a teacher may have a sign on bonus.
L) Alan Booth wrote an article over the challenges of history majors and history teachers in higher education. There are many challenges faced by those studying history and teaching it. Such as the low amount of preparedness for those entering college history courses (Booth 1997, Preparedness and Confidence: the A level experience, paragraph 1). This article talks about the need for better education for history majors and teachers. The article explains the need for more teachers and explains for the need for a better foundation of education to higher level education, and not just a basic knowledge of high school level history courses.
M) Primavera 6 aka P6 is one of the main tools used by Civil Engineer's today. This scheduling program can perform a wide range of scheduling tasks for new construction. The article linked below, written by Elfargani, outlines the use and overall help that the program provided for the construction of a gas station. The program's ability to outline task specific timetables, workforce, equipment, and whether specific changes provide a great asset in the planning phases of day-to-day operations for civil engineers.
N) The purpose of this article is to discuss the main categories that are affected by nursing shortages. As a conclusion, it was decided that the nurses should be provided with a better and more positive environment to work in, so that they would be more inspired to work and would not resign.

They do a very good job explaining how to stay consistent in your career as a nurse. It is important to stay educated, be professional, and set goals. All of these reasons were listed as the main points hit in the article. I think it is very good advice for both those who already have a career in nursing and aspiring nurses.
Q) Nils Brede Moe applies his experience in the software and electrical engineering fields to discuss what engineers are looking for within their job such as flexibility as well as a strong work-life balance. Moe analyzes real world data from Spare-Bank 1 Utvikling (SB1U) which is a software engineering firm in Norway to create a workplace happiness chart within this pa.per to better illustrate to the reader the ups and downs a company can have. Moe believes that these increases as well as the lingering guidelines from Covid-19 allowed engineers in the workspace more creativity and freedom in the long run causing a large increase in workspace happiness over the years. Moe acquires these findings in a way that many engineers cannot dispute as graphs and hard data are the way to an engineer's heart allowing Moe to effectively display his data and findings to the general engineering public.
R) In the article "The Benefits And Risks Of AI In Financial Services, author Monica Hovsepian pinpoints the pro's and con's of artificial intelligence technology used in finance services. Hovsepian displays the benefits to readers; and includes a quote from Mark Barrenechea to sum up the concept "We have never moved so fast, yet we will never move this slowly again". Essentially, as AI begins to integrate into our world of finance services, it will become a staple in our day to day work. We will only to continue to grow with AI and find ways to use it to our advantage; time is money, so the faster we can work the better. While acknowledging the speediness AI could provide in such a critical profession, Hovsepian touches on some negative aspects of it. Some of these short-comings include: cybersecurity, lack of transparency, and job displacement. Overall, Hovsepian captures the all around truth of AI use in financial services.

My favorite feature of this website is the FAQ towards the bottom of the website from a Ph.D. recipient who taught at Tarleton State University. In this website you can expect to find acceptance rates, in-state and out-of-state tuitions, number of enrolled students, and the average amount of financial aid given by each of the colleges.
