Discussion
As the nonprofit sector continues to grow there is a wealth of new opportunities for people looking to go into the field. However, this growth also creates its share of challenges. In this Discussion, you will have the opportunity to review the analysis conducted by your peers and provide constructive feedback.
Post two sections of your Project for review by your peers. These sections can include the following:
• Mission and Vision
• Governance
• Ethics
• Management and Leadership
• Volunteers and Staff
• Organizational Budget
• Strategic Planning
Be sure to include the name of the organization and indicate if this is an organization that you have worked for or one with which you are familiar that is being analyzed.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
