Assignment: Capstone Paper: Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Plan
Using the Quality Improvement model you described, provide a detailed explanation of the evidence-based practice plan that you will use to address the practice problem (6-10 paragraphs). Be sure to include the sources you found in the analysis of the evidence to support your EBP plan. Use appropriate and persuasive language that communicates meaning with clarity and fluency to readers, and is virtually error-free (see AWE Capstone Checklist).

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
