Making good decisions is characteristic of people who are successful leaders. A standardized analysis of your current decision- making skills could be very informative and helpful if you are interested in personal or professional improvement.
For this Assignment, review "Senior Executive Service: Executive Core Qualifications" located in this week's resources. Then, complete the ECQ checklist, also found in this week's resources. You will not be required to submit this checklist, so please be as objective as you can. Look for competencies you might like to improve.
After completing the checklist, select three to four competency sets worthy of improvement.
Prepare a 3 page paper describing the sets identified.
Explain steps you might take to achieve improvements in each area.
