Question: Patient is 55 y/o male with hx of EGFR+ adenocarcinoma of lung currently on clinical trial with Pembrolizumab and Pegazo Hyaluronidase inhibitor. She has been having increasing pain in lower back and BLE and increased weakness for several months. She was taking Norco 5-325 TID but came to ER since pain was not controlled. Reviewed oncology notes and progress; patient is stable on immunotherapy trial medical coding
