Locate the website for the credentialing/licensing board in the state in which you plan to practice. Review reports of disciplinary actions taken against credentialed or licensed individuals. Identify common violations that you find in the reports. Share a list of common violations that you identified (do not include any personal or identifying information) and discuss why you believe violations of those types occur. If your state licensure board does not have a review of disciplinary actions available to the public, please use Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
