As you look at the Tinker case, you will note that one of the dissenting judges (Hugo Black) argued that the "time had come when pupils of state-supported schools...can defy and flout orders of school officials"
In your opinion, is this case more about Freedom of Expression, or were students allowed to defy the principal's rule? Give the reason behind your opinion.
