Collect at least 10 years financial history of the selected companies. This would would give you better result and insights of the companies under study.
Review auditors report and notes to the collected financial statements to determine any unusual activities or qualified auditors opinions. In your report, please include an excel spreadsheet of the selected company combined balance sheets, income statements. statement of Cash Flow and changes in equity. I also would like to see the result of your ratio analysis in a separate appendix.
The report should at the minimum contains:
Executive Summary, Back-ground, potential and inherent Risk, Short review of news and happening, if any, Scope of Your review, The objective of your review, Approach and Methodology of your review, Finding and the result of your analysis, summary and conclusions of your review , and matters for Management consideration.
In the report, document, your findings, if any, auditors report, possible unusual activities noted during the study including but not limited to the types of the auditors qualifications and/or special notes, when applicable.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
