Although it may seem strange to an outside observer, the US Presidency is not determined solely by popular vote. Instead, the US Electoral College has the final say in casting votes for the winning candidate. Research current arguments for and against this process, and discuss whether you think the Presidency should be determined by the Electoral College or by a true popular vote. Explain your reasoning.
