Health care review:
Conduct your own review and analysis of the ACA (Affordable Care Act) system rollout from October 1, 2013 to the present. Identify why the initial rollout was unsuccessful. Based on topics and issues covered in class what could have been done differently to have avoided the problems encountered. Provide suggestions to the federal government on ways to improve the likelihood of systems success.
