What do the articles' findings tell us?

Your paper should be double-spaced and in 12 point, Times New Roman font with normal one-inch margins, written in APA style, and free of typographical and grammatical errors. It should include a title page with a running head and a reference page. The body of the paper should be at least 5-6 pages in length.

Criminal Law is a system of the law that concentrates on the sentence of individuals that decide to commit crimes. A criminal law prosecution involves the people as a whole deciding whether to punish an individual for their actions or lack of actions, and what type of sentence is appropriate (Criminal Law, 2017). Causation issues can occur whenever criminal liability requires a specific outcome. In most conventional criminal law cases, causation is a basic issue (Causation Problmes and Considerations in the Criminal Law, 2017).

I actually remember something about the causation issue in criminal law from past classes. Its pretty much trying to figure out in A person cause B person injury or even death. Since A was acting negative towards B but B died of another cause, the prosecution will try to establish that A person was the main cause of injury or death. I choose this topic of Causation because I would like to learn more about how the criminal law enforces the matter or works around it. The issue seems to be around many criminal law cases such as the burning of a house or the death of a victim - appears to be caused not only by the defendant's actions but also by one or several other factors, causation problems arise.
