Discussion Post
Post a single paragraph explaining either (i) what you think philosophy is or (ii) why you think education is important. Your paragraph should first state what you think (i.e. what you think philosophy is or why you think education is important) as briefly as possible and as simply as you can. The rest of the paragraph should then give reasons in support of your belief. When you post, please keep in mind the following guidelines:
• Be aware that typing in all capital letters indicates shouting.
• Be careful with humor and sarcasm. Both can easily be misunderstood!
• Review all discussion postings before posting your own to prevent redundancy.
• Check your writing for errors by reviewing what you've written before submitting it.
• Acronyms (LOL, etc.) and emoticons (smilies) are commonly used online, but avoid using them in this academic environment.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
