Problem: After graduation, you get a HR job as the District School Board Ontario North East. The board serves elementary and secondary schools in northeastern Ontario (e.g.. Kirkland Lake, Kapuskasing, Elk Lake, etc). Currently, the board is having difficulties recruiting teachers - many of the communities are physically isolated, the climate can be harsh and some of the schools are underfunded.
