Restricting tyrone freedom of speech

Problem: Respond briefly to this discussion.

I would rule in favor of Tyrone because the school is restricting Tyrone's freedom of speech, which violates our first amendment of our United States Constitutional rights. No matter what or where you might be, we have the right to speak and express our freedom of speech. Tyrone's armbands and stickers that they used to spread awareness to more people and as a way to speak out against discrimination, essentially communicating and expressing their voice about the problems or manners that had happen with past incidents between the police and black people, and focuses it as an important social issue within our society. Students shouldn't be restricted to their first amendment rights and these students just wanted to express their views onto this political view about society and about the police community. The word "screw" in the slogan shouldn't be one of the reasons why they should be shut down, and with the school saying that it is inappropriate and that the movement is only bringing negative encounters with ROTC, when the school should be instead activating punishments for this incidents towards the ROTC for being a bully towards the movement, the movment that Tyrone has built is a non violent peaceful protest. The school needs to prioritize to make sure no type of violence occurs in their own school instead of just shutting down Tyrone's protest, and would be restricting their freedom of speech, therefore the constitution would most likely side with Tyrone.
