Responsibilities of executives to the patients

Problem:

Does this informational email make sense: The section of ethics I chose was the responsibilities of executives to the patient's they are charged with serving. The executive is essentially through their actions, charged with improving the experience for patients and staff by evaluating and changing processes for the better (Ache code of ethics, 2023). Lower or eliminate the possibility for discriminatory practices or abuses of power, by their actions all process they are responsible for should improve. The section I chose was about the autonomy of nurses, it is one of the four main principles for the nursing code of ethics. The code exists, as a guideline in the murky situation that can be advocating for patients wants vs. their needs. The code speaks about making sure that the nurse who decides to agree to a patient's wishes must know the full impact of that wish. In some instances, patients may want something but is not aware that the request could have disastrous effects in other areas of their care (Gaines, 2023). I believe the two codes differ in that the nurse's code deals directly with hands on patient care whereas executives focus more on the overall picture and structuring
