Since its determine to choose from artifact-driven or stakeholders it depends on what the competitions systems looks like for the processing system. However, in this situation I will choose both artifact-driven and stakeholders because artifact- driven are methods that deals with the sources of Pre-existing documents, Data/usage statistic, Questionnaires, Conceptual grids, Storyboards and Scenarios, Mockups Prototypes, and Rouseable Knowledge. However, each of these sources can help out the engineers to better understand the contextual of different system to evaluate the system situation problems that can occur in a system. By using these sources can make a difference on the impact of the artifact techniques of fuctional requirements and non functional requirements. Stakeholders techniques It is a great way to quickly assess stakeholder sentiment and can be used at the start and/or during a project or initiative; this technique can be used the same way as artifact-driven but when gather requirements for the system, the different approaches can set the barging for the functional and non-function requirement.

Imagine that a homeowner has contracted you to remodel their house. You take into account that interviews are generally considered as a primary technique for functional and non-functional requirements elicitation. Examine the benefits of a structured and an unstructured interview. Determine which interview suits this situation the best and explain why. Structured interview brings out the benefits of a interview to determine the difference in the structure phase and benefits stage of a structured and the unstructured interview. With that being said, structured and non structured interviews are easy to replicate as a fixed set of closed questions are used, which are easy to quantify this means it is easy to test for reliability. To continue, Structured and Non-structured interviews are fairly quick to conduct which means that many interviews can take place within a short amount of time. This means a large sample can be obtained resulting in the findings being representative and having the ability to be generalized to a large population (Hogan, 2008). so with that being said the Structured interview will fit for the homeowners contract to remodel their homes without any non- source agreement to contract their homes.
