Regarding resonance structures of diazomethane, H2CN2, why wouldn't the following flow of electrons be valid: Starting with 2 double bonds between H2C=N1=N2 with N1 with a f.c. of +1 and N2 with 2 lone pairs and a f.c. of -1...Transfer a lone pair from N2 to N1, which would then reverse the f.c.'s?
