Resistance proportional to the velocity

A mass of 0.4 kg is released from the rest. As the objects falls, air provides a resistance proportional to the velocity (R(v)=-0.2v), where the velocity is measured in meters per second. Suppose the object is dropped from a height of 50 meters above the ground.

A.) Find approximately the length of time it takes for the object to hit the ground, Use the value of 9.821 for g.

B.) What is the velocity of the object when it hits the ground?
