Research the top 3-5 competitors for AirBnB and do a side-by-side comparison on their offerings (e.g., rooms, apartments, whole-house, etc.) and including pricing too. I also want your team to provide a critique of the different websites of each competitor. Rank things on the customer side such as ease of use, navigation, use of pictures, customer feedback, ease of booking, etc. Also rank items on the host side such as back ground check requirements,registration requiremnts, ease of use, etc.
