Topic: Research the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 and show how it may have contributed to holding corporate executives accountable for their actions then and for the future, and how it relates to the ethics of both the organization and the individuals who work for and manage the organization.
Your paper must be no less than five typewritten double spaced pages using Times New Roman Type 12pt. No pictures or borders are acceptable so please do not include this or your grade will be reduced. I am interested only in research not pretty pictures.
The work must contain a cover page, an abstract page, citations in the body of the paper, a conclusion and a reference section following the conclusion on a separate page. The paper must be numbered upper right hand corner.
All work must be done in accordance with APA 6th edition format.
