Research the quality theorists listed in the matrix
Based on what you've learned about the theories, create and fill in the matrix for Deming, Juran, and Crosby (just like the example used for PMI). The matrix is asking for short summary statements that address the different dimensions of each quality theory. This part of the assignment can be done in Word or Excel (to recreate the matrix).
Create a paper 3-PAGES that makes an argument for one of theories as best for use on your project. The assignment also requires you to demonstrate knowledge of all three theories (Deming, Juran, and Crosby). To do so, you might want to compare and contrast the theories as you make the case for why one is more supportive if your class project. Support the case you are making with information from cited and referenced sources. Use the grading rubric as a checklist to make sure all requirements are met. Be sure to have a concluding paragraph which summarizes your key points - support claims made in this summary paragraph with cited and referenced sources.
