Introduction

With the changing face of the world and the organization, the organizations are used different kinds of training schedules and methods to train the employees for different aspects. One of the most common method is video and computer based training. Computer-based trainingis the term most often used in private industry or government for training employees using computer-assisted instruction. It is a general term referring to training provided in part or whole through the use of a computer.

The training videos are focusing on different aspects that can be used for detecting the crime. The videos includes training in respect to fingerprints, blood interactive and hair interactive. The main audience of the training will be for the employees who are involved in solving the crime cases. With the help of these videos, the organization will be able to analyse different aspects of the crime that has incurred in the organization.

These videos are important to analyse and train the person detecting the crime at the crime place. This video will mainly for the higher management who are involved in solving the case with the other main people. The total number of employees who will be there in the training will be about 10 people who belongs to the top management post and the owners of the organization. The total time frame for the training will be 1 week. The training will involve the video training as well as live case solving which will help the employees to know how to handle and solve the case in the live situation and practical life. This training will be particularly off the job training for which an expert in the field will be hired, who help the employees learn about different aspects and cases particularly to the crime held.

Considering the videos, we can see that the first video is to analyse the fingerprints. This is an important video which will help in analysing the finger evidence. The fingerprint is usually taken from the weapon that has been used by the person detecting the crime. The

videos for the training will also include analysing the blood and hair interactive which will help in examining the evidences and help in identifying the person who had done the crime.

Training Videos

Considering the training videos, we can see that there are three training videos the first one is to analyse the fingerprints, interactive blood and interactive hair videos.

The fingerprint video helps in knowing about different aspects of finger. When considering fingerprints at a crime scene, you need to think about two things. First, you need to collect fingerprint evidence properly, in a way that captures the information you and the lab need in order to gain accurate information. Second, you need to understand how to identify key characteristics of fingerprints in order to determine matches more effectively. First the video tells about different characteristics of fingertips and then the ways through which the fingerprints are analysed. The video tells about developing the fingerprints from different surface as well as material and then how can the same be analysed and matched.

The second video is for analysing the blood interactive, firstly the video tells about blood like blood is made of four components: Plasma, Red blood cells, White blood cells and Platelets. It also tells about the composition of all the three parts of blood. With this the base knowledge about the composition of blood in told to the trainers. After this the pattern to take the blood sample from the incident site is told in video which will help in analysing the blood sample and blood evidence.

The third video is for hair interactive, which also tells about the composition of hair and how can hairs be one of the most important evidence for detecting the crime. The video tells about different consideration. The human hair can occasionally reveal the possible race of the individual from whom it came and the part of the body from which it originated.

Review and Analysis

With the help of these videos, the organization will be able to know different and basic aspects of detecting crime

Training changes the information selected, organized, and ultimately interpreted, in-turn changing perceptions, behaviors, and outcomes. Law enforcement training prepares officers for the challenges they may face in the line-of-duty. Law enforcement training increases officer skill competency, knowledge, and accuracy, while reducing liability, stigmatization, and preconceived notions about the topics of discussion. Officer survival training includes a physical component of the protection of police officers through the designation of the duty weapon, the bulletproof vest, physical and reality-based training (i.e. physical armor).

Psychological aspects of law enforcement include addressing issues officers may face when required to use lethal force, dealing with trauma, and stress. However, there appears to be a lack of training (i.e. psychological armor) on difficult issues such as mental health, mental illness, depression, and suicide, faced by officers.

A lack of training for officers on dealing with difficult issues, coupled with surmounting stress. Training may reduce stigmatization attached to issues of mental health, possibly helping to increase the number of officers seeking assistance for mental health issues. Training opens lines of communication between officers, supervisors, and command staff about difficult issues, reducing the number of officers believing their only option during difficult times is suicide. Training on difficult issues must be made available to every officer and must be proactive rather than reactive.
