Research the history of using fingerprints in criminal trials. Describe the development and use of fingerprints at trials and some of the advances that have taken place as well as the current concerns with the use of fingerprint evidence in court. Discuss arguments for and against fingerprint evidence in criminal trials, noting whether it can be misused by the prosecution against the defendant.
