Supreme Court Expansion
With the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, if you followed the appointment process even a little bit it was apparent filling her open position on the Court was very contentious. It is polarized by philosophies, Liberal or Conservative. As a result of the polarizations there is again discussion being had about expanding the Courts from the current 9 Justices to (?)
Every evidence rule that we have and will discuss has been decided by one or more of the Appels Courts, all the way up the Supreme Court.
For this assignment you are to research the history of the Supreme Court and provide your argument as to why you feel the Court should be expanded and or modified how and why, or that it should stay the way it is, and why. You may argue for term limits or expansion, or any other restructure you feel would help.
