Read the content of that state's constitution and understand the way its government is structured: Bill of rigghts, separation of power, institutional framework, etc.
List and discuss three similarities and three differences between the two constitutions (Texas and your other chosen constitution).
Which constitution is more relevant today in terms of adaptation to today's challenges?
Do not compare the constitutions in terms of dates of ratification, length, number of articles, etc. Your comparisons must address content and substance.
