Many studies support the notion that stress not only increases your susceptibility to illness, including cancer, but can also lead to increased metastatic spread of existing cancers.
Please do a little independent research on the effects of stress on both formation and spread of cancer, and choose one particular aspect of this relationship (e.g. is there a particular stress hormone that affects a certain cellular change? what is the cellular mechanism by which stress increases metastasis, etc.).
